Returns Policy

If the product that you have ordered and received is faulty it can be returned for a full refund.

Please email for more details on how to return the item and supply your bank details such as BSB and account number so a refund may be transferred to your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are no exchanges for changing your mind. We will offer a credit for products that are returned unopened and in the original packaging. Yarn or other products that appear to have been used will not be credited.

Also note that the colours of your screen device may not be exactly the same as the colour of the product as screens vary in quality and accuracy, for this reason it is beyond our control if the product is not the exact shade of colour you thought it would be and this is not a fault of the product.

Variations in colours will also occur in hand dyed yarn as these usually do not have Lot numbers; Factory dyed yarns with Lot numbers will be selected together as much as possible but still there may be orders filled with products from more than one Lot number is there is not enough inventory from one Lot number.
